As someone who has experienced a lot of acupuncture with a wide variety of practitioners over the years, I can say confidently that Aimée is an incredible practitioner. She is both thorough and thoughtful in her questions and assessments, always guiding you to think deeper about how you're feeling and why. She has a kind and gentle touch, and always offers you a space where you feel truly seen and heard. As someone who is normally fairly wound up and anxious, Aimée's treatments always have me more relaxed and at ease than at any other point during the week. Her work does wonders for my sore, cranky body, and it's like magic for my digestion. Often times, I am able to fall asleep during a treatment, which is not something I would ever be able to do in the middle of the day otherwise. Her treatments are always personalized, and you never feel like she is just giving you a "protocol" like I have experienced with other practitioners. Her whole presence is calm and gentle, which makes the entire experience even better. Her office is in a beautiful space with a number of other practitioners like Breathwork practitioners, holistic aestheticians, massage therapists and bodyworkers, etc. I make sure to see Aimée whenever I am in the city- now if I could only find someone like her where I am on the west coast!
