This place doesn't even deserve a one star review. My partner, who went in for a simple gynecologist check up, left in total frustration about her experience with this practice. After expressing multiple times that she did not need an annual check up, they took her blood work and then proceeded to send it to a lab that isn't even covered by her insurance. She waited over two months for her results, which they never went over with her, and then she found out that the lab charged her thousands of dollars for blood work she never asked for. My partner followed up numerous times about her results and whoever the receptionist is never gave her clear responses, was terrible about following up, didn't follow up to schedule an appointment, and had no idea how to access the portal. Additionally, she didn't take any responsibility for not cross checking my partner's insurance before sending her bloodwork to the lab. Unacceptable! This place is unprofessional, not qualified to do their work, and they made me so furious that I am writing a review on behalf of my partner. TAKE. RESPONSIBILITY. FOR. YOUR. ACTIONS.
