Worst experience ever!!!!! BE AWARE EVERYONE!!! Unprofessional staff!!! Rude!!! Not willing to assist patients!!! The front desk lady Irina refused to answer my questions and refused to help me fill out paper work!!! IRINA told me to go sit down in the corner and fill out the paper on Your Own. She also mentioned she will not draw my labs, told me to go back and do it in my PCP office. I am glad that i did not continue my visit with this doctor’s office!!! I cannot imagine trusting my life, treatment with this team!!!

A good doctor, but a genuinely horrific admin staff. Even for Russian brooklyn, this is the worst I’ve seen. They’re straight up hostile- and more dangerously, refuse to *do* anything. They’ll either refuse, forget to do it, or put it off until some deadline passes or you give up.
