I like the doctor's personality and him and his team's skillset to do their job but this establishment doesn't respect the appointment booking process. I came at the appointed time and let the woman at the desk know I only have 1 day off a week and had other appointments that day and she let me sit for over an hour and a half after multiple interactions just to tell me that everything is fine with my test results herself! It only takes a couple minutes to read the results (I got tested weeks prior). I want to support him and his business but I respect myself and my time more so it sucks I can't support him.
