The directory (showing which departments are on which floors) in the elevator lobby is a light gray sign with light gray text -- meaning it is essentially illegible to anyone with impaired vision. My vision is fine, and I had to get very close to the sign to make it out. It feels like an insult to all the people who come through the doors who are elderly and/or low vision. Weill Cornell can do better.

I had the most amazing experience at the parking garage at 1305 york avenue. My car was experiencing a technical problem that prevented any other cars to be parked. We were stuck in a terrible location. One of the parking attendants a tall lean gentleman with patience and determination actually fixed what could have been a dire situation. When I offered to compensate his kindness he gently refused. Please recognize this dedicated worker. We have seen him working at the garage for many years. Many thanks Suzen
