The front desk staff are extremely unprofessional. I had to cancel my appointment 2x (2 weeks in a row). When I called to cancel, the lady I spoke to stated "may I ask why you are canceling, you have canceled before". I stated that I don't have a babysitter and I can't bring them with me. She responded by saying, "well what's going to change for the next time". Parents beware, this office is not flexible or respectful, even when you cancel ahead of time.

I had an excellent experience as a first-time patient at Dr. Alan Sheyman's office. The office itself is spotless and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The staff, from the front desk to the medical assistants, were friendly, professional, and attentive. I especially appreciated how the medical assistants took the time to sanitize all the equipment and explained each step of the process before starting any procedures, which made me feel very comfortable. I liked how Dr. Sheyman had already reviewed my file ahead of the appointment, allowing for a smooth and focused conversation about my concerns. He combines deep expertise with a genuine willingness to listen and explain everything in detail. He took the time to carefully review my diagnosis and treatment options, ensuring I fully understood everything. I didn't feet rushed, and he answered all of my questions, which really put me at ease. Overall, the experience from start to finish was warm, welcoming, and efficient. This practice is really outstanding! I left feeling reassured about my eye health, and I’m grateful for the care and attention I received. I highly recommend Dr. Alan Sheyman to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate ophthalmologist. Dr. Sheyman and his team deliver top-notch care, and it’s easy to see why he has such great reviews. They are truly an amazing team!
