A very good friend of mine referred me to Dr. Minkoff. Let me start out by saying even my phone call to make the appointment was super pleasant. His receptionist Addie is so friendly and professional. I felt comfortable already! I had my first visit today. Addie was just as nice in person and so cool to talk to. I’m never nervous at the eye doctor but if I was, she would’ve calmed me down right away! Then came my appointment with the great doc! Dr. Minkoff is exceptionally thorough, asks tons of great questions and takes his time. He treats you like a person, not just another patient like I’ve experienced at other places. I really appreciated that! He also found a scar on the back of my left eye that no other doctor had seen! I was shocked that out of 15 years of wearing glasses nobody else had found that. That’s how I know I now have a wonderful doctor. I also told him I’m on a budget and cannot spend a huge amount for my glasses. I found a great pair of designer glasses that I love and he never once pushed more expensive frames in my face to make money off of me. I’ve also experienced that at other places and basically I was forced to spend double than what I spent today; because of my need for glasses and I wanted something stylish. Thank you Dr. Minkoff and Addie! I will send everyone I know to you! 🙂

Really great professional and friendly service. As someone who developed a need for glasses later in life, i had numerous poor experience from eye exams to help finding rhe right frames and prescriptions at other providers. My experience with Dr. Mi Kofi was exactly the opposite, meaning that it was a near perfect experience. I have a very good vision plan that i recently elected to go for better coverage/benefits. I was not even looking for a deal on my much needed new glasses, and i was not pushed or even suggested to spend more. Dr. M. Walked through item by item what i had covered and what i wanted (transistional lenses anti-glare etc) I am a salesman professionally and i mean it when i say that i was not sold on anything. I got exactly what i wanted. No under carriage rust coating suggested. Definetely highly recommended
