The rudest most incompetent staff. 100 people working and non of them know how to speak to people, thy scream, hang up the phones when they don’t know how to explain things. Extremely inappropriate and a shame because the doctor is actually good. Save your nervous cells and find a different professional. This isn’t the environment for people who already aren’t feeling well as is.

Worst Dr’s office experience in my life. It took a month to get an appointment. The office took all my insurance information over the phone prior to the appointment. On the day of the visit I waited an hour then the gentleman in the front asked for my ID which I showed it to him. He said not acceptable since it has my maiden name( I have been to many Dr’s offices never had a problem). I asked to speak to the manager who I thought would be more reasonable. I showed him my passport, my marriage certificate the manager told me: “I guess you can’t see the Dr today “ .he said this is insurance requirement. I even offered him to pay out of pocket since I wasted my day to see the Dr. After arguing back and forth he made me sign a paper first that I have to pay out of pocket. Finally I saw the Dr who showed no empathy to what his staff made me go through and how humiliated I was to say the least. I gave 1 star because Dr Dayan was good in examine my injury and analyzing it which I have to admit . I would never set a foot in this office again.

Very disorganized office, long wait and unprofessional approach. I wish I never went there. He does not treat hands or elbows, however when I booked my appointment I was told that he does. Money hungry for my $40 copay. Cast applied bulky, sharp at edges and hurting my skin. I feel I need to go to ER to remove what he did.

Review for Dr. Dayan’s Office – Workers’ Comp Case I visited Dr. Dayan’s office for a workers’ comp appointment 15 days ago, and was seen by a nurse practitioner who was truly professional, attentive, and charming. She gets 5 stars for her clinical care and interpersonal skills. Unfortunately, everything that happened after the appointment was deeply disappointing. I was told by the front desk that my MRI and physical therapy referrals would be sent to the Workers’ Comp Board “tomorrow for sure” and that I should follow up with my insurance adjuster. A week later — nothing had been sent. After investigating, I learned that the staff member responsible for sending the papers was no longer employed — and incredibly, nobody else in the office seemed willing or able to send them. I called the Workers’ Comp Board myself and was told that any staff member could send the forms from the website, simply by calling a dedicated number for quick guidance. When I passed this information to the front desk, they said they would “give the number to the manager” when they come in on Monday. They refused to provide the manager’s email, and even stated the manager “isn’t going to call” me — maybe Monday at best. The result: More than two weeks after my visit, nothing had been sent. The only reason anything moved forward was because I kept calling my adjuster and the Board myself. I can only imagine how long a patient who doesn’t know how to advocate for themselves would be left waiting. Other notes: The X-ray technician was polite but dismissive — I had to ask twice for lead protection, and his attitude made it feel like a burden to provide it. Ratings: Nurse Practitioner: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (excellent) X-ray Technician: ⭐⭐⭐ (needs improvement on safety protocols) Front Desk Politeness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (polite but unhelpful — never called me back, and repeatedly placed me on hold for 8–10 minutes without returning to the line) Office Management & Follow-Up: ⭐ (disorganized, unresponsive, and lacking accountability) Overall: ⭐☆☆☆☆ The medical care was good, but the administrative side was so unprofessional and unresponsive that it overshadowed the visit and caused significant delays in my care.

If I could give O stars I would. The office manager Mark lacks in communication skills like I have never seen. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. They are the definition of inefficiency. Believe all the bad reviews for this office because they are true.
