Thieves at this practice. charged my card without authorization despite being over my out of pocket maximum; eventually promised to mail a refund check after repeated followup by email and phone, instead stopped responding to email, and now uses an offsite receptionist service (and autoforwards even direct calls to them) to run phone interference , who conveniently don't have access to patient payment records. they're not even responsive to refund demands from the insurance company! avoid at all costs.

Customer service is awful. I asked for my records to send to me, I needed them for my PC's appointment and I never got them. Called the office over 10 times, and they didn't pick up the phone. And yes, I called during open hours.
