I always felt genuinely cared for every step of the way. I saw Dr. Bernstein for over a year, but he and all of the hygienists made sure I was comfortable, informed, and supported throughout the journey. The staffs were kind and supportive when it came to navigating the insurance and financial side of everything, and im very grateful for that. There was such a strong sense of teamwork in the office, which made every visit feel reassuring and smooth. I found this office somewhat randomly but looking back, I feel incredibly lucky that I did. Dr. always took the time to thoroughly explain every procedure, including the expected pain levels, side effects, recovery, and what the long-term treatment plan would look like. I never felt rushed or left in the dark, and that level of transparency and care meant a lot to me. This office has honestly set an incredibly high standard for any medical or dental experience I’ll have in the future.
