I’ve had an excellent experience with Upper West Side Dermatology. From the moment I arrived, everything felt efficient and well-run, they consistently saw me on time, which I really appreciate. The front desk and staff are always incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere from start to finish. The care itself was outstanding. My exams were always thorough and comprehensive, and the doctors were not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely courteous. Every question I had was answered thoughtfully and in detail, and I never once felt rushed during my appointments. It was clear that the doctors took the time to carefully assess my situation and arrive at the right diagnosis. Having been to several dermatology practices over the years, I can confidently say this one stands out as the best. I feel completely comfortable and well cared for here, and I plan to continue as a patient for all of my dermatology needs.

I was nervous going in for a consultation for my frown lines between my eyebrows. Dr. Rothman was very kind, took the time to answer my questions as well as ask me questions, and clearly explained what the injections were and what I should expect. The whole process was quick and painless, which I really appreciated. The office itself was very clean and welcoming. The front desk was also wonderful, they were attentive and made sure I was checked in and out smoothly. I had a great experience at Upper West Side Dermatology! Highly recommended!
