Ajs Brooklyn Medical Practice Pc

My appointment was scheduled for 1:15 PM. I was not called to the back until 1:55 PM, at which point I was told that Dr. Kim would be with me shortly because she was finishing up with another patient. It is now 2:45 PM, and after waiting for an hour and a half, I still have not been seen. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. The same thing happened yesterday at my OB/GYN appointment. My appointment was at 1:00 PM, and I did not leave until 3:45 PM because the doctor was running behind. Now, for the second day in a row, I am experiencing excessive delays. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, but waiting this long without clear communication or an accurate estimate of when I will be seen is not acceptable. Patients have jobs, responsibilities, and other obligations. If appointments are running this far behind, there needs to be better scheduling and communication. Otherwise, it defeats the purpose of having an appointment time at all. I respectfully ask that this issue be addressed so that patients are not left waiting for hours to receive care.

Absolutely love Advantage Care Physicians and have been going here for years. I've also have multiple surgeries and they went well. They've had some rough spots over the years with staff but overall, care has been great. The ladies at the front desk are always really nice and kind. Dr. Adekunle is amazing, attentive, and very informative on lots of medical issues... especially pertaining to women's health. Dr Hosey is an amazing cardiologist and really helped me to understand my cardiac issues and proper medication. They also have a diagnostics lab and Lennox Hill radiology at this location so you are not running all over the city for exams!
