Very disappointing experience. I felt that the focus was on charging for additional procedures rather than providing transparent patient care. After I was already in the dental chair, the doctor informed me that I needed a root canal. This had not been clearly explained beforehand. I decided not to proceed with the root canal treatment. Despite that, I was still advised to have an additional procedure for which I was charged. Later, I learned that this procedure is generally done in connection with a root canal, which I had specifically declined. The treatment plan, necessity of the procedures, and costs were not explained clearly before treatment began. As a patient, I expect honesty, transparency, and full disclosure of costs upfront. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office. I left feeling misled and pressured into paying for procedures that were not properly explained to me in advance
