Amazing experience! I have a bit of a complicated dental history, but the dentist and tech (and front staff!) were all incredibly kind and compassionate. Their professionalism also made me feel at ease. I went in for a routine cleaning during my pregnancy, so they were very conscientious about my overall health as well. I came in feeling nervous and left feeling cared for and valued. I will always remember this team and feel grateful for their incredible care. I’m making them my permanent dentist from now on!

This Dentist Office is good if you are in very good health. But, if you have had any recent medical procedures, or illnesses, you will find that you are going to be asked for forms to be filled out from every doctor imaginable in order to be seen by a Dentist. Although, I had already had several doctors sign off that I was OK to have Dentistry work done after having had a couple of medical procedures done on me, like a simple cleaning for example, it was always "Now you need this other doctor to sign off on this before we can work on you." Well if that was the case, then why don't you have the staff ask the patient that BEFORE they go to your office? The patient can give the office staff the number for the doctor to have all the forms they need signed off on. This should not be left to the patient to do. I found that I visited this office four times for medical treatment, only to be turned away because they insisted on having forms filed with them before any work could be done on the patient. This was a complete waste of my time and money to get to that office. Either you are in the business of providing medical treatment, or not. Apparently, they don't seem to be in that business. What's worse is that I got the feeling if I wasn't honest with them, and didn't mention my recent medical history, they probably would have worked on my teeth, not knowing that I had undergone a medical procedure. I could probably have gotten my teeth looked at, at least. But, because I chose to be honest with them, I needed a hundred thousand forms to be filled out for them, before I could get any kind of medical care. So, I have decided not to go back to this office ever again. Why keep wasting my time, and not getting any kind of medical treatment whatsoever because I was honest. Better if I should have lied, and at least been seen by a doctor there.
