Azza Ezzat is a wonderful practitioner. She came to my aid after I broke my hip. The rehab I was recovering in closed due to Covid. My family doctor had retired the month prior and I did not have a doctor to follow up for medication. I was pretty upset and did not know what to do. Azza introduced herself in my room at Rehab. She was warm, compassionate, and reassured me that I would get back to my old self. At the time I was still using a walker and not walking independently. Azza agreed to follow me for medication and initially met with me in my home. Azza alway expressed concern if I had something on my mind and is generous spending time on the phone. Azza continues to follow me and I consider myself very lucky to have such a compassionate and caring practitioner. She also has a good sense of humor and is always reassuring. I am grateful that she agreed to follow me and I can now say that I am back to all my normal routines at least as much as possible with Covid. Azza is the best and I highly recommend anyone seeking help to contact her.

Azza Ezzat, Family Nurse Practitioner, has been caring for me for the past 5 years and I couldn't be happier to be her patient. I became her patient under terrible circumstances, and yet she took the time to explain what was wrong with me, what her plan was to get me healthy(which was a long & slow process), and what she expected of me to do to take care of myself!!!! She always reminded me that ultimately, whether someone gets well or not is in their own hands. She can order the meds, do the treatments, etc, etc, but if the patient doesn't follow the plan, they WILL NOT HEAL!!! Thank God I had the sense and desire to follow her plan! And living I am! It's 2021 & I am happy to sayI am thriving & still under her care. As her patient, she just wants you to be as healthy & live as well as you should be living. Amen for N.P.'s like Azza Ezzat!! She is a patients BLESSING!!!!
