Great experience here. I am a doctor, and the professionalism here is 10/10. The space is immaculate, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the doctors are highly skilled. I was seen on time (actually, I was seen early) for both my appointments. The pricing and insurance breakdown was transparent and upfront, with no hidden costs or surprises. The care I received was excellent. Both doctor and assistant asked me if I was comfortable at least 10 times!! I am so happy that Ritual Dental is in my neighborhood and will absolutely be continuing care here. Recommend 10/10

Weird. Someone else said their billing department is a mess and I agree. Had my 6mo cleaning scheduled, went into the office, was taken back to a room for what I thought was my cleaning, only for the hygienist to leave and billing to come in and tell me I have a balance on the account. It felt like being sent to the principals office. For some reason my insurance hasn’t paid them since my last cleaning last year. It was unprofessional and frankly awkward to be delivered this news in the office, in person instead of before my appointment over email or the phone where I could have rescheduled to give them time to sort this 6mo old bill out with insurance. Wild because they did contact me before and asked me to move my appointment 15min later. I also found this kind of unprofessional and disorganized without even knowing at the time about the insurance part. Maybe this was their way to combat the long lobby wait times others have mentioned, but an odd choice. I was given the option to have my cleaning or wait for the insurance piece to get sorted out. I chose to leave the office, no cleaning, but billing told me they would follow up the following Tuesday and I could reschedule. It’s now Friday and they’ve never reached out. Nice office, convenient location, I really liked my hygienist, but I’ll find somewhere else that has the business side of things more together.
