The front desk lady Chanel she is so rude(other stuff is friendly) everytime she see me she try to blame for me everything. This is the 5th visiting she checking on me she is so rude……

On 5/30/2025 at 4:06 PM, my sister arrived just 6 minutes late to her appointment. The male staff member at the front desk who claimed to be the manager (unfortunately didn’t get his name) told her the appointment was cancelled because the doctor had already left. This was after the office called her multiple times in a single day to confirm and even tried to move her appointment earlier. The man at the desk was unclear, unhelpful, and didn’t seem to know what he was talking about. There was zero clarity on grace period, zero flexibility, and absolutely no professionalism. The entire situation was handled in a disorganized and unethical way. I’ve worked in healthcare for 10 years, including as a manager in the hospital setting, and I have never encountered an office where the front desk staff and providers appeared more focused on their personal matters than on delivering quality patient care. The lack of professionalism and patient-centered service was truly disappointing. Why confirm and harass over and over if you’re going to cancel that quickly? Completely unethical, inconsiderate of patients. She won’t be going back and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
