Horrible place, horrible professionals and very rude. I’ve been trying countless times to simply get 2 referrals for medications that I’ve been getting for 3 years already. After 2 weeks of back and forth they finally SAID they are sending the referral. One month later I’m being told by my specialist that i cannot receive my medication because Dr David Pichkadaze has yet to send my referrals over. Now they will not answer my phone calls or give me a call back. Once again, HORRIBLE PROVIDERS. They don’t care about patients’ care.

Prior to becoming Advantage Care, the BronxDocs were courteous, friendly and service was exceptional. I don't know who hired these rude, inconsiderate people. All they discussed was getting paid. Disgusting. And the so called Dr is an obnoxious fellow. Never going back there, myself or my family.
