Horrible experience all around. My appointment was an early appointment. The doctor was there but just pacing around the place, I was taken about 45 minutes after my appointment time which is around the time his receptionist showed up. She is very rude, has a horrible attitude problem, and has little to no manners whatsoever. She told me a few times they don’t have appointments earlier than 10, whereas the doctor said they start at 9. After telling her the doctor informed me of this she changed her tune completely. When i informed her I’d like an early appointment again but it took 45 minutes past my scheduled time to be seen she said “I don’t control when the trains come and when the doctor gets here. I don’t know what you want me to do.” I informed her the doctor was here but she wasn’t, to which she replied “well I don’t know what to tell you because I don’t read minds and can’t deal with this right now. So what appointment do you want.” Needless to say I have no intentions of going back to that office. It’s a shame as the doctor was good but his receptionist is nasty enough to keep me away.
