I’ve been here three times. You will wait for hours in a packed office full of uncomfortable chairs. They pack their schedule full. I waited 2 full hours for my appointment. It’s an orthopedic doctor so everyone is waiting there in pain… there’s a spine surgeon upstairs. Yes you have to walk up many stairs to get to him. (Makes no sense for people in severe pain) they seem to lack any management. They are constantly having issues getting medical records and reports. The doctors don’t close the door when they see you, they rush through your exam. The doctor barely helped me, he tried to order a test for me when I had already gotten that test the week before. Did he even look at my chart before seeing me? I’d bet no. PA has a horrible bedside manner and was not respectful. The doctor showed me things to buy on Amazon. That was my treatment for multiple bulging disks, shoulder problems and impinged nerves. Looking for a new doctor. In my opinion, don’t go here unless you absolutely must.
