My mother’s been a patient for over 10 years and these last 24 months it’s impossible to get in contact with Dr Anna. Prescribed antipsychotics need to be regulated and cared to, whereas every 3 months she needs a refill. The doctor will go on a 1 month vacation without any thought toward people multiple times a year. It takes days between responses with the receptionists. They don’t answer calls they’ll give you a text reply every some odd days. Now we’ve been scrambling to find a prescriber for the last 10 months every time because she’s never available and good luck getting any communication from her staff. We’re trying to make an appt and all of a sudden she’s not her patient anymore according to her staff. This place lacks decency and integrity.( I seen a recurring charge on my card and disputed it bc I didn’t know what it was. In a period of time where I was trying to contact the office with no luck only minutes after the dispute I got a panicky call from the office to cancel the dispute.numerous times they’ve double charged copays. This place is ridiculous)
