Terrible, the medical assistants were chatting in the back while I waited for 2 hours. Once I got up to complain the 2 nurses who were chatting decided to finally get up and call my name. I understand drs offices get very busy but this is very unprofessional on the medical assistants here.

Let me begin with saying the staff made me feel very comfortable and helped me better understand why I was feeling the pain I had. The nurses and phone operators were very accommodating and considerate. They always made sure to remind me about my upcoming appointments, whether through a text or a phone call. Dr. Berkowitz is a great doctor! This man changed my life for the better after my shoulder surgery. I haven't felt this good in so long. I bounced back to work (light duty) only one week after my shoulder surgery. I am convinced that Dr. Berkowitz has a healing touch. I must admit that the waiting time is a bit long BUT its worth the wait! Dr. B literally takes his time with every patient. He's one of the few doctors that actually cares about you and your health. I recommend everyone with shoulder and/or knee problems to visit Advanced Orthopaedics and become part of the family!
