I’ve had an incredible experience working with Nico and the entire team. I came in with significant shoulder and neck issues, along with back pain, and after just a few sessions, I’ve seen truly amazing results. Nico is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about your progress. He takes the time to understand what’s going on and tailors the treatment so effectively that you can feel the improvement almost immediately. I’ve also worked with Walter, and the level of care and professionalism across the team is consistently outstanding. Everyone is welcoming, supportive, and focused on helping you feel your best. Today, my body feels great—my arm and hand feel amazing, my shoulder moves easily again, and I have so much more mobility in my neck and head. I am leaving this review because my experience with Advance Medical Care, PLLC while trying to schedule an appointment for my brother was extremely upsetting. My brother has special needs and cannot advocate for himself, which is why I was calling the office to coordinate his care. Families who care for someone with special needs already face many challenges navigating the healthcare system, so when you call a medical office you expect patience, professionalism, and compassion. My initial interaction with Matthew was professional and respectful. Unfortunately, my interaction with Cecilia at Advance Medical Care, PLLC was the complete opposite. Her tone was dismissive, unprofessional, and it felt like my brother’s situation and needs were not taken seriously at all. This was not even about a visit — this was simply about trying to schedule an appointment for someone who cannot speak for themselves. When medical offices treat families advocating for vulnerable patients this way, it raises serious concerns about how patients with special needs are treated. People with special needs deserve dignity, respect, compassion, and access to care just like anyone else. No family member trying to help a vulnerable loved one should be made to feel dismissed or ignored when seeking medical care. Because of how serious this situation was, I have filed a formal complaint with the appropriate state authorities. I also hope leadership at Advance Medical Care, PLLC, patient advocates, and anyone responsible for overseeing patient care take a close look at how families advocating for vulnerable individuals are treated by this office. Patients and caregivers deserve better.
