I can only speak to my experience with Tri State Wound on the phone, as my mother's insurance hadn't come through yet. But this is who I'd call if she needed ongoing wound care. It's very reassuring to know of such a compassionate and insightful team of clinicians and coordinators. That was my impression anyways, and I really appreciated the way they fielded our questions.

Top 3 things I loved: 1) Friendly service from the wound care nurse, 2) Clean and efficient mobile setup, 3) convenient scheduling and thorough follow up made the healing process much less stressful. I highly recommend their mobile wound care for anyone dealing with a chronic wound, pressure wound, or non healing wound. Alexa is the best. Competent , knowledgeable, and gets the job done. I don’t know what I would have done without her and Tristate. My dad is a 94y/o who spent only 20 days at SLNH and they gave him a pressure ulcer. I was lost at home dealing with this until I found Tristate. Again thank you
