My uncle has been using this service for over 3 years. The doctor is amazing. He comes to the house, takes care of my uncle’s toenails, is professional, kind, and we’ve never had a single issue with him. The receptionist, on the other hand, is a complete disaster. I genuinely don’t know how someone can be this unorganized and this bad at returning calls. Every time you need something, it’s like you’re asking for the biggest favor in the world. Messages don’t get returned, follow ups don’t happen, and basic communication seems impossible. At this point, I assume she’ll be the receptionist there for the next 20 years because I honestly cannot imagine another office putting up with this level of laziness and incompetence. The doctor deserves 5 stars. The receptionist deserves a serious performance review. If it wasn’t for the doctor, I would have taken my uncle somewhere else a long time ago.

Dr. Hillel and staff are very professional and polite. I had an issue with my feet and doctors Hillel resolved my issue and I am able to walk properly with the orthotics. When my husband and I have an appointment, we don’t have to wait a long time to be seen. We also love Dr. Hillel staff they are very professional; it’s a pleasure to go in the office for our check ups.
