I never got to see the doctor so I will rate the office. The waiting room is tiny and cramped which I understand is beyond their control but during a pandemic it made me feel very uneasy. There were as many as 6 people in a room that's less than 10x10 feet. One patient came in without a mask. No one said anything or offered a mask. They did give her one when she asked. One of the receptionists also took off her mask to talk on the phone. I ended up standing because I wanted to distance myself from people but the only places to stand were by the coat hooks or blocking the door so I had to keep jumping around every time someone entered or left. This wasn't something I wanted to do with a fever of 102°F. Then after spending 15 minutes in these conditions, I was told that they don't accept card payments and I had to go to an ATM before I could be seen because I didn't have cash. I just left. Maybe I'd be more tolerant of all that if I wasn't so sick and if I had seen the doctor before and liked her enough to accept these conditions. Office staff was pretty nice despite all this.
