I rate a 10 star if I had too, this Advanced Determologist in Bayside is the greatest location and one of my favorite as well. They always make you feel welcome and always go above for their job in helping others. The staff are absolutely amazing, Kelly branch manager) is awesome, professional, Yvette, Mira, all the ladies is the front desk is the best as well. Dr Jennifer Wong is one of my favorite Determologist doctor in New York, she is phenomenal at what she does, very knowledgeable in her field, empathetic, listening. and Advanced Determologist is very lucky to her and such a wonderful team on board.. All the best for her on her maternity leave 🙏. , I will miss her. She is the reason I have a beautiful face :) and good skin :). I absolutely love the wonderful staff and great job to all. Keep up the amazing hard work. Highly Recommend this Location!!!!

I had such a great experience with Rachel Straus. She is incredibly knowledgable in her field and took the time to really explain everything to me in detail. Her bedside manner is outstanding- warm, patient, and caring. I never felt rush, she spent a lot of time with me addressing all my concerns and made me feel very comfortable the whole appointment. The office Staff were also so friendly and welcoming. It's rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with compassion. I highly recommend Rachel to anyone looking for an excellent dermatologist!

I had another excellent visit at Advanced Dermatology P.C. today. I have been a patient here for two years, and the level of care is consistently outstanding. Dr. Rachel Strauss is phenomenal. She is professional, thorough, and I never have to wait long to be seen. She handled my medical issue today with the same expertise and care she has shown throughout my time as her patient. The support staff is equally impressive. The receptionist was kind, helpful, and exceptionally well-mannered, which makes a huge difference in the overall experience. It is rare to find a practice where both the clinical care and the front-office service are this high-caliber. If you are looking for a dermatology practice that is professional, efficient, and genuinely cares for its patients, I cannot recommend Dr. Strauss and this team highly enough. — Anna P.

What a nice facility ! The staff is super nice, the place is clean and parking is easy. I was originally going to the forest hills location however the location is hard to get into and parking there is a nightmare. Love this bayside location, I was in and out of my appointment in 15 minutes.

The woman at the front desk was very nice and extremely helpful. I didn’t have to sit and wait. The doctor was thorough and listened to my concerns. This was a MUCH better experience than the fresh meadows location. Thank you!
