The cardiologist is good but the dark hair front desk girl is very rude. She needs a job that doesn't need to speak to people. No smile, no people skills at all!! You would think that a person that works at a cardiologist would at least be pleasant but that is definitely not the case for that receptionist.

I felt that the DR was nice but the staff was incompetent. I need knee surgery asp but needed surgical clearance. I called every day because the staff said it would take 30 days to get approval. I called my insurance and they gave me a reference number so the doctor's office could call with that reference number and get an approval over the phone. I reached out to the doctor staffed informing them of this and here we are, a month later and still needing knee surgery and I have still not heard from the doctor's office about the clearance. I will Never recommend this cardiologist, just because of the way the staff has handled everything. I have found a new cardiologist and will not be returning to this cardiologist.
