Had an appointment at 12:45, its now 2:23 and im still waiting to be called. I already asked them to hurry up since im not feeling well and nauseous because of the antibiotics they prescribed a day earlier. Still waiting. Extremely unprofessional and unbothered staff.

This review is being written by request of the staff, which is incredibly unprofessional for them to ask me for. While I was getting my blood pressure taken, I was instructed to open up a portal on my phone (which I was under the impression was being shown to me as a healthcare portal where I can access my data) but in fact was for leaving a review. I was not being told this prior to it occurring. Then they told me to “open up Google, and hit review” and watched me submit a review on here which I deleted. I heard office murmuring once they got notified of my one star. Why I left a one star comes from a line of disappointment, but the last appointment was the nail in the coffin. After 4 (unnecessary) appointments to get my forms signed, I got it done with a struggle from the doctor. They called me in (3rd appointment) just to be told I need a vaccine, that they did not have in stock in office, and that I needed to outsource to a pharmacy. Every single appointment they realized that I have something missing. Would you not know off the top that there are things missing? A ploy to have me continue to come in to validly charge my insurance as a visit? They even told me to buy a vial and bring it in to get it in done, and it’ll be out of pocket. I was directed to a local pharmacy they are affiliated with to get it done, telling me they had a bunch in stock. They did not have any, and I went to Walgreens, where it was done for free. As I awaited my forms at front desk after my goose hunt to get all the things wrapped up for my forms, a woman at front desk was continuously rolling her eyes and sighing at an elderly man who was unable to hear her and needed her assistance to also get forms signed. The office staff is incredibly rude. Please go to a reliable, knowledgeable, doctor who will take your visits and concerns seriously.
