I have been a patient of Dr. Paltiel for many years now. I trust him and his recommendations completely. I also get facials there once a month, and the technician is professional and very knowledgeable. The reception team is generally very friendly. However, today, Samira’s attitude undermined the great atmosphere that has been maintained in the office for years. If someone does not have the ability to be kind and personable, they should reconsider working in an industry where interaction about treatments and products is essential. Her demeanor was untrustworthy and cold, which is disappointing, especially considering the wonderful team surrounding her.

I’ve had such a great experience with Irma. Her facials are both effective and incredibly relaxing, and she takes the time to understand what your skin actually needs. What really stands out is her bedside manner. She makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I always leave with glowing skin and feeling refreshed. I highly recommend her.
