The intake coordinator, Ms.Thompson, deserves a 5 star rating for both her professionalism and empathy. Should someone need treatment for their addiction, making the phone call can be difficult. However, her vocal tone was calm, positive and reassuring. They always say that good employees begin with "management". So I would hope that there entire organization is as professional and caring as Ms. Thompson.

Dr. Beny Jene Primm founded ARTC in 1969 as non profit to help people with addiction, although it only recently changed its name to START recently, it remains the oldest functioning methadone and drug recovery program in the neighborhood. This program has changed and saved countless lives. It's been here over 50 years and is a beacon of light to the people who are battling against addiction.
