Worst agency experience.parents are misinformed and misled throughout the process.Despite repeated follow ups, nothing was actually resolved.I would strongly advise others to be cautious. Avoid this person called Esther by any cost, she would give you wrong information and when you call back would denied everything plus she can’t stop talking, she has an issue with repeating the same thing over and over again nonstop.I am glad I left the agency and super happy with the one I am with now.
