I found Active Care PT when I was desperately looking for someone who could help me get back to my love for Pilates! As someone who is extremely active, to deal with three herniated discs has been miserable. Then I met Shar and the entire team at Active Care and they gave me hope again! Fast forward 4.5 months later and I’m back doing what I love, slowly with modifications but with more knowledge of how I should really be moving my body safely!

I can’t say enough great things about ActiveCare PT and the incredible care I’ve received. After being involved in a car accident earlier this year, I was dealing with a lot of physical discomfort and even a torn tendon in my shoulder, to which I ended up getting a surgery. From day one, the team made me feel supported, heard, and genuinely cared for. A special thank you to my therapists, Rhiddi and Keirnan, who have been absolutely amazing throughout my recovery. Their expertise, patience, and encouragement made such a difference in my progress and kept me motivated every step of the way. I’m also incredibly grateful to the Director, Khonil, who has been so supportive and attentive throughout this entire process. Having such a dedicated and compassionate team behind me meant everything. Their professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail truly set them apart. They created a personalized treatment plan and consistently checked in on my progress, making adjustments whenever needed. Thanks to their dedication and hard work, I’ve seen significant improvement and feel so much stronger and more confident in my recovery.
