I had a great experience during my SkinPen treatment. Emily was very kind and professional and made me feel comfortable from the start. She clearly explained all of the pre-care and post-care instructions, which I really appreciated. The treatment was done by Leo, who was also excellent — very professional, gentle, and reassuring throughout the procedure. Everyone was knowledgeable and welcoming, and the experience felt smooth and well-organized. They were also very timely, which made the visit even better. I would definitely recommend them!

I visited The Dermatology Center because I developed not one but two separate rashes. I saw Dr. Phoebe Tam. She is amazing. She examined me thoroughly and listened to all my concerns. I did not feel rushed whatsoever. Her manner of speaking is so pleasant, she is so calm and patient, and totally put me at ease regarding my condition, and explained how to use the creams she was prescribing. The young woman, that led me to the exam room (unfortunately I did not catch her name) was also great. She took down all the information regarding the reason for my visit, and made sure that she did not miss any details and even recorded the name of the cream I've been using so far. The lady at the front desk is also great, so polite and professional, and she welcomed me as a new patient. Dr. Tam's assistant, who was present during the examination, is also great. They all made me feel safe and comfortable during the visit. The waiting room is clean and neat, and spacious, there is a sense that you are going to be taken care of, and you are in good hands.
