I highly recommend ACA—the whole team is excellent, and I always feel very well cared for from the moment I arrive until I leave. Dr. Luo is amazing. He is very patient, listens carefully, and explains everything clearly so I understand my options and feel reassured. He is professional, thorough, and never makes me feel rushed. Eric is very supportive and organized. He helps with scheduling, follow-up, and paperwork, and always does it in a friendly, calm way that makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. Victoria, the messenger, is also great—she is very efficient, polite, and kind. She communicates clearly and makes sure things are delivered and handled properly. Together, they make ACA a place I truly trust and am happy to recommend to others.

I’ve had a wonderful experience at this center (over 10 visits)! Scheduling is really easy with a team member who reaches out via text for appointment reminders and scheduling new sessions. I have had no issues with insurance covering my 30-minute massages and acupuncture sessions. The rooms are very clean, lobby area stocked with tea/coffee/water snacks. There are several acupuncturists that work at this center and had almost all of them work on me. They take the time to understand the reasoning why you are seeking treatment. After the needles are positioned, there is usually a heat lamp turned on to the targeted body part. Massages by King are deep and he is great in getting knots out. Similarly, the masseuses also cycle. Each use different techniques and strength. Everyone is very professional and would recommend!
