There was so much tension in my body from all the traveling and stress at work. Mandy asked all the right questions and dry no oil deep tissue is the ideal for the best result. It was one of the most intense and tolerable painful massage, I’ve ever experienced. Honestly, the results after was amazing as all the tension and knots built up were mostly cleared. I chose maximum strength but definitely can be modified to your liking. Mandy and the front receptionist were genuinely so nice. For the booking on the holidays, they gave me a bottle of wine! I feel incredibly refreshed and this will definitely be my new go to place. Will need to try acupuncture and cupping another time!

Mandy is amazing! She truly provided a deep tissue, no-oil massage also known as a Tui Na Massage. I suffer from chronic muscle tightness and knots, and she used exactly the right amount of pressure. This is not for the faint of heart, but it’s perfect for anyone who can never seem to stretch deep enough or foam roll long enough to get real relief. I honestly can’t wait to return! Jenny at reception was also fantastic. She took the time to explain their other treatments, and I’ll definitely be trying acupuncture as well.
