Terrible experience at Staples. We came in just to print a few documents, but the employee deliberately sent us to use a computer without mentioning that there was an extra charge. Because of this, we ended up paying more for absolutely no reason. When we pointed out that she had misled us, the employee became openly aggressive and unprofessional, instead of acknowledging the mistake or trying to help. The level of service was unacceptable. I strongly advise staying away if you don’t want to deal with hidden charges and rude staff.

The customer service at this Staples - Harlem is excellent! The staff goes out of their way to help you, to the best of their abilities. I had over $500 in print copies at the Copy Center that needed to be refunded and reprinted - for a work project - due to an issue with the printer, when I used the self-service computer. The manager was kind, patient, efficient, and had a great service-minded attitude, as well as the associate there. I’m VERY GRATEFUL to the team there assisting me quickly and kindly + the store being open amid a snow storm!
