The staff is incredibly lost. No one knows what they’re doing. They schedule you, call you, email to confirm. Then say they don’t see you in the schedule after you make the long trip. The doctor never faces you to apologize. Please don’t waste money and time coming here. Dr. Salem ignored that we were there and needed this procedure done. The front desk said he didn’t want to work earlier for personal reasons and wasn’t going to extend his hours to help. Terrible staff and doctor.

Been trying to get seen for about two month’s now. Every week it a new story. The doctor is not gonna be in, the doctor is on vacation, the snow storm it’s never ending. Today I went in to the office to find out my appointment was canceled again and the receptionist says she called and left a vm the day prior no follow up call no text no call the day of. What more upsetting is I tried calling them today before my appointment about two hours before my appointment time and the phone went to vm. She tells me the phone was broke when I told her that face to face. I have an appointment in a week, which I don’t believe even now. Whole different time and doctor. If I wasn’t waiting all this time I would really go weeks where. You care is not a priority.to them if u don’t have private insurance I guess. They don’t even care to make sure you get a call
