She was a wonderful therapist who was supportive, understanding, empathetic and genuinely cares about her patients. Unfortunately, I was struggling a lot, in a crisis and she ghosted me without a referral that I had to keep asking for. I tried to go back but never heard from her again. Still haven't found a new therapist since.
