I was impressed with the new facility. Clean and comfortable. Greeted by a very pleasant receptionist and the dr’s assistant was very nice & professional.

I had a truly positive experience at this office and want to sincerely thank the entire team for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism they showed me from beginning to end. During my visit, I had a reaction to lidocaine, and every single staff member who attended to me was incredibly caring and attentive. From the person checking my vitals, to the nurses, to Dr. Rachel McSherry, my OBGYN, everyone made me feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. One staff member stayed by my side throughout the reaction, comforting and reassuring me the entire time and even hugging me while they monitored me. Before I left the office, she hugged me again, which was such a touching gesture. Other nurses and staff members continued checking on me, monitoring my vitals, and making sure I was completely okay before allowing me to leave. What also meant a lot to me was that the office called me the next day to check on me and make sure I was doing okay. That level of follow-up and genuine concern is very rare to find these days. I never felt dismissed, rushed, or ignored at any point. The compassion, teamwork, and bedside manner this office showed me truly stood out and made a stressful situation much easier. I’m extremely grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a medical team that truly cares about their patients.
