If I can add more stars on here, I would give them a 10. I’ve been coming here for years for my hearing aids. I cannot relate to the negative reviews because I am always well taken care of. I’ve return after 3 years to have my hearing aids checked and Alumba was awesome in making adjustments that is suited for my hearing. He answers every questions I have. I have not been wearing them due to not being able to tolerate background noise like cars, trains and buses. With the adjustment, I am able to be more comfortable now and avoid the headaches. Thank you Alumba.

This is the worse facility I ever been. I took my mom here for a hearing aid measurement. Everyone here do not have any sense of education. The aid, audiologist or whatever is her profession did not introduce herself towards my mom or myself and gave as a negative attitude throughout the entire procedure, even raised her voice when my mom had a question. When ever we will ask questions her answers were very loud, rude and disgusting manner. After leaving the facility my mom asked if she could use the bathroom This lady called Carmen told my mother "We do not let use the bathroom to people from the streets" I will be calling the owner of this place and taking steps towards this. THIS IS A NASTY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE. Please go somewhere else, do not go here even if they payed you. I wish everyone here could go work somewhere that does not involve dealing with people. I felt people here hated their lives.
