It is just like everyone else's experience. I contacted the front desk because I was in an urgent situation, and they told me that if I came and waited, I could see the doctor. I waited for over two hours, but when I finally got to see a doctor, someone—whether a family member or a manager—came in and unpleasantly asked why I had come when I should have made an appointment in advance. They kept rushing me, saying the doctor had other appointments elsewhere, claiming I was the last patient and that they couldn't leave work because of me. When I came out after the appointment, that manager kept repeating the same thing. Then, another patient went in. I endured it, but when I went back a few months later for an appointment, the manager said the exact same thing again. This time I had made the appointment normally... but they kept repeating that I shouldn't act like this last time. They told me to make an appointment months in advance. I am so stressed and dumbfounded. How can they stress out a patient like this...? I have switched to a different doctor now. Even one star is really too much.
