I was very lucky to get in to see a specialist the day that my knee gave out on me. Within an hour I was able to see an orthopedic doctor, and within a couple of hours had X-rays. The next day I was able to schedule a follow up appointment and get an injection to the affected knee. An amazing amount of care within 24 hours! Dr Yeung was very easy to work with and explained all my options very clearly. It was as good an experience as I could have hoped for.

I am beyond frustrated and disgusted by the utter negligence and lack of professionalism I’ve experienced. I made an appointment for ENT Lissette Giraud, as a follow-up for a recent ear infection, as referred by my primary doctor at 9 am, for the following day. The symptoms seemed to be returning and I wanted to get an overall check up. I called the office and confirmed all the details were correct and made sure they accepted my insurance and was told everything was in order. At 5 pm the same day, I get a message from the office telling me I'm required to take an audio test that they no longer provide because their tech will no longer be at that property. I was to try to get an appointment at another location, then reschedule with them to discuss those results and run the other tests. I had to waste my time speaking to multiple people in your call centers, constantly transfered and repeating myself, only to be met with total disregard and incompetence, because no one seems to care anymore. It is completely unacceptable and inconsiderate to blindside someone with a mandatory test at 5:00 PM the night before their appointment, especially after I took unpaid time off from work and proactively called your office to verify everything was set. To be treated this way as a first-time patient is an appalling first impression and supports the poor reviews you receive. I had to find a different location that could perform the required tests, for another day. That took just as long on the phone, but I eventually found a person that actually cared and was helpful, which was a relief. Let's see if you have the audacity to charge me a cancelation fee, when your practice is at fault. This is people's lives you're dealing with, with real consequences. Do better. Obviously, I will never look at this place again.
