Priyank was very helpful, patient, and kind as I presented my request. He was prompt in his response, solved my issue and followed up as he had promised. I was very satisfied with his customer service.

Went to the Bethany Clinic in Murray Hill based on a recommendation from a colleague. The experience was largely positive. Binod was lovely, helpful and very conscience of my time. Blood work was quick and seamless. Dr Kayyam was fine, though I was surprised she didn't ask any questions related to menopause or perimenopause based on my age, alone. It wasn't until prompted that she recommended I speak to an endocrinologist - I would assume that kind of question - or even whether I had any issues or concerns - would be part of any initial exam. Clearly that meeting with her was to initiate relevant referrals - in which case, it served its purpose.
