The absolute worst dental experience I have ever had. They chipped my tooth while cleaning my teeth and then said I need to pay $500 to fix it. When I asked if they would fix the tooth, Lana Rozenberg started screaming at me saying this is not a free clinic, it’s my fault that my tooth chipped, and that if I have a credit card I should be able to pay her (for her mistake). I left with a chipped tooth, as it was apparent that even if I got it fixed there, Lana Rosenberg would’ve maliciously done a poor job. Later I called to office to complain and they told me that I came in with a chipped tooth (??) and they did nothing wrong. Complete and utter unprofessionalism, lack of compassion, and a money grab. I wouldn’t recommend this place and especially Lana Rozenberg to my worst enemy.
