Unless you speak Spanish, customer service is not a strong point. The four (4) receptionists seemed more inclined to engage each other than acknowledge patients as they came in or call to confirm appointments. Matters don't necessarily improve once you manage to get their attention. Without preamble, the assistants point at you to convey that you should sterilize your hands, sit there, etc and then start shoving tools in your mouth...zero explanation of what's going on. Apart from the waiting room, it looks as though the office were put together overnight. When I saw the dentist on a separate visit it was great--she explained everything that needed to be done and had a good "bedside manner"-- though by that time it was difficult to trust that a business that struggled in managing day-to-day intake could capably wield anesthesia, use power tools under my gums, and drill into my mouth, whether needed or not.
