I had a great experience with Dr. Chow. I really value her holistic approach - she was warm, attentive, and took the time to listen without any judgment. I’d highly recommend her. Juanita, the assistant, was also very personable and attentive, and provided clear instructions for the X-rays and wearing the medical boot. The front desk staff was friendly and treated me with kindness as well - overall, a great experience.

My first visit at Gotham Footcare and Podiatry was wonderful - the office was clean, the intake process was easy (with no wait!), the staff (everyone from Aimee to Juanita) was gracious and friendly, as was Dr. Chow who also seemed very competent and thorough in analyzing my issue and even recommended a second X-ray to have better clarity of potential issues. She patiently answered my questions and gave a solid plan of action and recommendations - leaving me with a peace of mind that she can help get me on the road to recovery and hopefully back on my feet!
