I am extremely pleased with this place. They offer same-day appointments. The staff is extremely friendly. My x-ray technician was extremely thorough and gentle throughout the entire process. Dr. Reddy performed a detailed examination. She has excellent bedside manner and was very informative. She asked if I had a primary dentist that I usually see and offered to have all of the information, notes, and x-rays sent over. Extremely pleasant experience and would highly recommend!

This is by far the best Dental practice I’ve ever experienced and in NYC! Not one to usually enjoy the dentist, Dr. Reddy (and dental assistants) made my visits extremely comforting, professional, one of a kind, painless and something I actually looked forward too! They also give you a x ray and show you scans to provide reasons for potential treatments. Everyone from the front desk to the dentists were very kind and welcoming. It’s the first time in my life I left smiling and happy for taking care of my teeth the proper way. As for billing and reasons for certain services they are 10/10, upfront, clear, not pushy and no upselling! It’s also very convenient that it’s by so many subway stops. I was really surprised in my few visits the last couple of weeks I never once experienced any pain or discomfort. They also make sure any fillings are perfectly fitted before you leave. Dr. Reddy was the first dentist I saw at 209 a year or so ago. I chose to stick with her and I couldn’t have made a better choice! She really cares about the person, the passion for dentistry, the staff and making sure the person leaves with the best quality and experience. If you’re looking for a dentistry that will change the way you think about the dentist, book your appointment (by the way super easy to book appointments too) with Dr. Reddy (or their other talented and caring dentists)! I’m not joking while getting my filling put in I actually said “this reminds me of the spa”! Fair pricing for the quality as well! 100/100!!
