I am new to the city and have not found a new eye doctor yet, my glasses recently broke and this was the closest place to my job. Monika was very sweet with helping me fix my glasses and did it without a charge. She has tremendous knowledge about glasses and was very patient with a million questions I asked her. She was also able to confirm that they take my insurance and even though I do not have a prescription there she did go over my plan and explained what my VSP copays would be if I came back to her office. Retail places need more people like her who are truly valuable to businesses. Will definitely go back to see her to get my new pair of glasses and her professional , friendly service !

Excellent, smooth & FUN experience during most recent visit. All the staff were warm, professional and seemed to care about patient concerns. Whether it was Roxie at the front desk with her expert contact lens knowledge, Dr. Thomas’ professional & warm approach to my eye care concerns or Veronica showing me a thousand frames which we eventually narrowed down to two (yes, I did treat myself), I can not say enough!
